The Team at Prime Heritage Gifts is taking a brief and much needed vacation before we begin to reorganize and restock for the new year. Based on customer feedback from previous years, we will be leaving the store open for customers to continue shopping. However orders will not start being shipped out until 01/18/2021.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to us that your shopping experience is positive and satisfactory.

Most products sold by PrimeHeritageGifts.com qualify for exchange or replacement within 14 days from the date you received your order..

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please email us with the reason for return and order # in the subject line ( Example: Wrong Color - order # 222 ).

 

EXCHANGE:

You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt for reason of wrong size, color or product.

To exchange an item, email us first for an RMA #. Return the item you wish to exchange to us and indicate in writing the item you wish to exchange it for. You are responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We will issue full refund on cost of product minus shipping cost if fault is not ours.

If it is our fault for the exchange due to wrong size, color or product, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

 

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item you will need to send photos of the damaged item(s) , packaging and shipping boxes if it is damaged.

Upon receipt of your email, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund per your request.

 

Shipping and Handling Fees:

 

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable unless the reason for the return is our fault. If you provided an incorrect shipping address that results in an "undeliverable" package, and you would like to have the package resent, you will incur the additional reshipping charges. If a package is returned to us because the recipient never picked it up from the Post Office, you will have to repay the shipping charges before we can reship it to you.
