The Team at Prime Heritage Gifts is taking a brief and much needed vacation before we begin to reorganize and restock for the new year. Based on customer feedback from previous years, we will be leaving the store open for customers to continue shopping. However orders will not start being shipped out until 01/18/2021.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

 

PrimeHeritageGifts.com uses FedEx Ground Shipping and USPS Express Mail to get your order to you at an affordable price and as quickly as possible. We use a price-based shipping table to calculate your exact shipping rate. This means your shipping charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order, no matter the weight of your item(s)! Please refer to the chart on the right to find your expected shipping rate. The order sub-totals listed excludes discounts or coupons.

In stock items usually ship in 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. If the item you ordered is out of stock, your order could take 7-14 business days to receive. Please contact us referencing your order number if your order is time sensitive.

Please note: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Prime Heritage Gifts stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. If your order contains any manufacturer defects or engraving mistakes on our part, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange.

Please check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email us at info@primeheritage.com if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Once your order is received and processed, it is directly forwarded to our engraving department to start production. Because of this, it is not always possible to cancel or change your order after it has been submitted. If you wish to cancel/change your order, you must contact us immediately to see if this is possible. Please take extra care in reviewing your items in the shopping cart before submitting the order.

Once your item has been delivered to you, we allow 10 days for exchanges to be requested and returned to us.

 

To Obtain RA# (Return Authorization Number)

1.     Call 1-800 and ask to speak to returns department to discuss options and receive your RA#.

2.     Place RA# given on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department. RA shipments must be returned within 10 days of RA approval. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving outside of the 10days and or without a return authorization clearly written on the exterior of the package will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.

3.     Be sure the item you are returning is properly packaged as PrimeHeritageGifts.com is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.

4.  You are encouraged to ship your return via track-able source, as Primeheritagegifts.com is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

BAD ADDRESSES AND ADDRESS CORRECTION:

Often packages are returned for bad address, customer refusal or other miscellaneous reasons. When a packaged is returned by the shipper, we will attempt to contact you for correct address information

Any package returned due to incorrect address supplied by the customer will incur an additional $10.00 to be added to the new postage charge. The customer credit card will be charged without notice.
